How Blue Edge AI handles your documents

Bid documents are commercially sensitive before they are anything else. Below are plain answers to the questions we are actually asked. Where you need the formal detail — certifications, sub-processors, controls, the incident process — it is at trust.blue-edge.ai.

Does the model train on our documents?
No. Your documents are used to answer your questions and for nothing else. They are not used to train or fine-tune a model, and they are not visible to any other customer.
This is the question we are asked most, usually in these words:
“if it’s learning off us, then it’s learning off other parties… what it learns from doing a tender submission for us, it’s using elsewhere.” — Quality and performance manager, civils contractor
It is a reasonable thing to assume about AI tools in general, and the answer here is no.

Where does our data sit, and who can reach it?
Inside the Microsoft Azure boundary. Blue Edge AI and the Microsoft-provisioned OpenAI and Claude models it uses run within it; nothing leaves the tenancy. Access is by named Blue Edge staff, for support only, and is logged.

What certifications do you hold?

The trust centre lists each one with the evidence behind it. It is gated because it carries the controls in full.
